This application focuses on the activity management process, which is part of the larger sales force automation (SFA) process for marketing and sales. This app provides the ability to manage activities against leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and contracts from a central location. Users can, from a central location, select any object (e.g. a lead or an account) and then add or edit an activity to be associated with that object. This app can be used as a stand alone app or in conjunction with the other sales force automation (SFA) apps for a more comprehensive capabilties.
