This application focuses on the lead management process through to when leads are converted to accounts or contacts. It includes the ability to do major lead management activities such as entering and editing information about the lead (e.g. who the lead is, what company they work for), manage lead activities (e.g. trade shows or webinars the lead has attended), manage lead qualification state and convert a lead to a contact or account. This app can be used as a stand alone app or in conjunction with the other sales force automation (SFA) apps for a more comprehensive capabilties.
