This application focuses on the opportunity management process, which is part of the larger sales force (SFA) process for marketing and sales. This app provides the ability to manage opportunities from the point an opportunity is identified through to closing it. Throughout the process, users will be able to track activities against opportunities. In addition, this app provides the ability to add product and pricing information to any opportunity. This app can be used as a stand alone app or in conjunction with the other sales force automation (SFA) apps for a more comprehensive capabilties.
